Rather than rent AI from the same few providers as everyone else, we designed and built our own: a private stack of servers, open-weight models, automation and agents that runs our businesses and our clients' work.
The goal

The stack
A dedicated AI inference node with 128 GB of unified memory; a 94 GB application and automation server running 70+ services including n8n, vector databases, self-hosted search, analytics, email marketing and social scheduling; and low-power edge nodes, all connected over a private encrypted network.
Reliability
Model routing keeps fast models resident for real-time tasks while larger models handle deep work; services are monitored with health checks and automatic restarts; and job queues keep batch work from slowing real-time services.
