Who we are
Digital Agency Scotland ("we", "us") provides digital marketing, website and AI automation services. For privacy questions, please use our contact form.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, phone, business name and message when you contact us or use our calculator.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous usage data about how our website is used (Google Analytics 4).
- Client work: information you provide so we can deliver our services, covered by our client agreement.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, provide estimates and proposals, deliver services, and improve our website. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, contract and, for analytics cookies, your consent.
Where it's processed
Our website and enquiry forms are hosted on a European server (IONOS) and delivered through Cloudflare. Client work is processed on our own private AI stack in Scotland wherever possible. We never sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client; client records are kept for as long as required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
